Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Your Day-to-Day:

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process
• Listen to concerns and accurately document repair orders
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs
• Communicate timelines, updates, and costs throughout the process
• Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to keep workflow moving efficiently
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Promote additional services when appropriate while maintaining trust
• Support CSI goals by delivering a consistent, positive experience

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive service role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Experience with CDK or similar DMS systems preferred
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
