Job Summary Join our dynamic Lexus team as a Luxury Automotive Technician, where your expertise will elevate the driving experience for our discerning clientele. In this role, you will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on high-end vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and specialized tools to identify issues accurately. Perform repairs and maintenance on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and vehicle electrical systems with precision and efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery to execute repairs that meet manufacturer standards. Service advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), including calibration and troubleshooting to ensure safety features operate flawlessly. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to diagnose complex problems involving automotive electrical systems and mechanical components. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations while adhering to quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven dealership experience working on luxury or high-performance vehicles is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Familiarity with ADAS calibration, schematics interpretation, and automotive electrical systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and alignment machinery required for complex repairs. Experience working on GM vehicles or similar brands is advantageous; diesel engine repair knowledge is a plus. Service technician experience demonstrating ability to troubleshoot transmissions and powertrain issues effectively. Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach to automotive service. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately; auto estimating skills are beneficial.
