About the Position We are looking for a motivated and dependable Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance Replace oil, air, cabin, and fuel filters as needed Inspect and top off vehicle fluids Perform tire rotations, tire pressure checks, and basic tire services Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, and other vehicle components Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all shop safety procedures and manufacturer service recommendations Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended services to service advisors or customers Properly document work performed on each vehicle Qualifications Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to safely lift and handle equipment and work on your feet for extended periods ASE certification is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for training and advancement Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) / Retirement Plan Employee discounts A professional, team-oriented work environment Join our team and build your automotive career with a company that values quality, teamwork, and customer service.
