Responsibilities The First Impression:
Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service lane.
Consultative Sales:
Listen to customer concerns, perform vehicle walk-arounds, and suggest necessary maintenance based on manufacturer specifications.
The Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the service technicians; provide clear, accurate work orders.
Communication:
Keep customers updated on their vehicle's status via phone, text, or email, including transparent cost estimates and timelines.
Quality Control:
Review final repair orders with customers to ensure they understand the work performed and the value provided.
Customer Loyalty:
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores by resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of experience as an automotive
Service Advisor Technical Skills:
Proficient in DMS systems and service scheduling software (Dealertrack, Xtime is a plus)
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical repairs to non-technical customers
Attributes:
High integrity, strong multitasking skills, and a "team-first" attitude.
Requirements:

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
