Job Description

Shop Mechanic Job Description Job Summary:
Inspecting engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately. Inspecting computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade. Conducting routine maintenance work aiming for functionality and longevity.
Duties/Responsibilities:
o Inspections, troubleshooting and repairing all equipment o Cleaning, adjusting, servicing all equipment as necessary o Helping other mechanics as needed o Maintaining proper paperwork as required o Helping with loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years' experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. UIG does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters, employment agencies, or staffing firms
