Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Car Dealership Lube Technician! In this energetic role, you will be the first line of service for our valued customers, ensuring their vehicles are maintained efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help keep our customers on the road with confidence, providing essential vehicle maintenance and minor repairs with precision and care. Duties Perform routine oil changes and automotive fluid replacements using standard hand tools and power tools Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and minor mechanical issues Assist with tire service including rotations, replacements, and balancing Support alignment procedures to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards Carry out basic mechanical repairs such as replacing filters, belts, or batteries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and work area Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of services and uphold customer satisfaction Experience Mechanic experience is highly preferred Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Experience in automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, and basic vehicle maintenance Ability to perform minor mechanical repairs and assist with automotive service tasks Physical ability to lift heavy parts and perform maintenance tasks requiring heavy lifting Excellent customer service skills to support positive interactions with clients and team members Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to automotive excellence!
