• A-Tech(Senior/Master) Only that possesses a comprehensive technical knowledge across all core vehicle systems, advanced diagnostic capabilities and essential soft skills like problem solving and leadership.

Core Technical Skill Sets Engine Repair and Performance:

Deep understanding of internal combustion mechanics, fuel trims, ignition timing, and emission controls.

Electrical and Electronic Systems:

Proficiency with multimeters and oscilloscopes to trace complex wiring, CAN bus networks, sensors and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

Drivetrain and Transmissions:

Mastery of both automatic and manual transmissions, drive axles, and transfer cases.

Brakes, Steering and Suspension:

Expert knowledge of hydraulic components, ABS, stability control, and precises alignment tolerances. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (Hvac) : Ability to service climate control systems, refrigerant recovery, and electronic climate actuators.

Requirements Advanced Problem-Solving:

Ability to isolate root causes behind intermittent or repeat faults.

Computerized Scanning:

Expert Use of diagnostic software and scan tools. Proficiency with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics for accurate troubleshooting. Attention to

Detail:

Strict adherence to manufacturer torque specifications, fluid grades and

TSBs Adaptability:

Continuous learning to keep pace with rapid automotive evolution and new vehicle architectures. Valid certification or licensing in automotive repair; ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification is preferred but not required. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required. Must provide your own hand tools, scan tools and storage.

$65,000.00
