Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role requires hands-on expertise in automotive repair and customer service, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely manner. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive repairs, including engine, transmission, and suspension system repairs. Conduct vehicle diagnostics to identify issues accurately using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Carry out routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations. Repair and replace automotive components including brakes, suspension systems, and transmissions. Use hand tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle parts. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs needed and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic techniques. Proficiency with hand tools and automotive diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform brake repairs, suspension system repairs, transmission repairs, and other mechanical tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Valid driver's license preferred; relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
