In person About MPT Autobody MPT Autobody has served the Auto, RV, Fleet, and Marine industries since 2001. Our facility specializes in RV collision repair, fiberglass work, interior renovations, custom fabrication, and complete roof replacement. We are a fast-paced, quality-focused shop with steady work throughout the year. Position Overview MPT Autobody is seeking experienced, hands-on technicians specializing in RV carpentry/interior repair, metal fabrication, or both . Applicants do not need to specialize in every area, but must have at least two years of relevant experience and be able to provide their own tools. Our projects vary widely and may include structural repairs, custom fabrication, interior renovations, flooring, cabinetry, trim, body panels, roof systems, windows, jacks, steps, and other RV components. Carpentry and Interior Work Interior repairs and renovations Custom cabinetry Flooring installation and repair Trim and finish work Interior structural repairs Removal and installation of RV components Metal Fabrication Custom metal fabrication Steel welding Aluminum welding Fabrication and repair of brackets, panels, supports, and structural components Cutting, fitting, grinding, and finishing metal Repair and replacement of exterior metal components Qualifications Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience Must provide your own tools Ability to read measurements and complete accurate, detailed work Strong problem-solving and fabrication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, organized, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment Commitment to producing safe, high-quality repairs Experience working on RVs, large vehicles, or specialty equipment is preferred Schedule Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays as needed Compensation and Benefits Pay based on experience and skill level Weekly pay 401(k) matching Paid time off Benefit waiting periods may apply and are available to eligible full-time employees.
