Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance! In this energetic role, you will perform essential maintenance services, including tire replacements, rotations, alignments, and oil changes, ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop in peak condition. Your mechanical skills and automotive knowledge will help keep our customers safe and confident on the road. Duties Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, rotation, repair, and replacement with precision and care. Conduct routine oil changes and fluid top-offs to maintain optimal vehicle performance. Assist with wheel alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire longevity. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical or electrical problems requiring attention. Support automotive service tasks including brake inspections, suspension checks, and general maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures. Strong mechanic skills complemented by automotive diagnostics knowledge. Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively. Excellent customer service skills to communicate clearly with clients about services performed. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or repairs. Knowledge of automotive service standards, including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general maintenance.
