We are a well established, family-owned trailer dealership and service center looking for an experienced A-Level Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, working efficiently and completing high-quality repairs without shortcuts. This is not an entry-level position. The right person must take ownership of a job from diagnosis through repair and final inspection with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair trailer electrical, hydraulic, brake, axle, suspension, mechanical, and wiring systems Troubleshoot 12-volt systems, electric brakes, batteries, pumps, lighting, and hydraulic components Accurately identify needed parts, labor, and repair steps Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Inspect and test finished work before returning the trailer to the customer Assist or guide less-experienced technicians when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications Strong mechanical background and hands-on repair experience Proven electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting ability Ability to diagnose the cause of a problem—not simply replace parts Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions Strong attention to detail, dependability, and pride in workmanship Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Trailer experience is preferred, but automotive, heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, industrial maintenance, welding, or fabrication experience may transfer well.

Compensation:

$22•27 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill, plus production incentive opportunities.

Monday through Friday•9am to 5pm
