Job Description

We are a well established, family-owned trailer dealership and service center looking for a dependable, hands-on person who takes pride in doing things correctly and notices the details others miss. This position combines trailer assembly, basic maintenance, technician support, job staging, shop organization, and property upkeep. It is ideal for someone who likes a varied workday, stays productive, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Assemble and prepare new trailers for sale Install trailer components, accessories, tires, wheels, jacks, batteries, and hardware Perform basic maintenance, inspections, lubrication, brake adjustments, and tire work Stage trailers, parts, tools, and supplies for upcoming repairs Pull and organize parts so technicians can remain productive Assist experienced technicians when additional help is needed Clean and organize service bays, tools, parts, and work areas Help maintain the shop, yard, and customer-facing property Perform weed control, trash pickup, sweeping, pressure washing, and general upkeep Carefully inspect completed work to ensure it meets our standards Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and pride in a job done well Dependability, consistent attendance, and a positive attitude Ability to stay productive without constant supervision Ability to safely perform physical and outdoor work Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Experience operating Forklifts and Tractors is preferred Experience in automotive service, equipment maintenance, construction, fabrication, farming, landscaping, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
Compensation:
$15-$21 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday - 9am to 5pm Advancement into higher-level trailer repair may be available for employees who demonstrate skill, dependability, and a desire to learn.
Pay:
$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
