GUARANTEED + COMMISSION OPPORTUNITY WE ARE HIRING EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS / MECHANICS FOR OUR ROCK HILL, SC LOCATION.

If you know how to turn wrenches, properly inspect vehicles, diagnose problems, and produce quality work, we want to talk to you. We're looking for technicians who want the stability of 40 guaranteed hours per week with the opportunity to earn additional money through our technician commission plan.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Full-Time | 5-Day Workweek Typical technician schedules: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 40 HOURS

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Depending on your experience and skill level: Oil changes and preventive maintenance Brakes Steering and suspension Tires Alignments Tune-ups Cooling systems Fluid services and flushes A/C service and repair Check-engine-light diagnosis Electrical diagnosis Engine repair Maintenance services Digital vehicle inspections General automotive repair

If you find a problem, we expect you to understand what failed, why it needs attention, and what needs to be done to properly repair the vehicle. Your inspection findings need to tell the story. Don't just write: "Needs brakes." Tell us what you found, what you measured, and what needs to be repaired so the service advisor can properly communicate the recommendation to the customer.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

You MUST have: Professional automotive repair experience Strong automotive mechanical knowledge Valid driver's license Your own professional automotive tools appropriate for your skill level Ability to safely operate customer vehicles Ability to properly inspect vehicles Ability to perform repairs correctly and efficiently Ability to clearly document findings and recommendations Ability to communicate with the service team Dependable attendance Strong work ethic Ability to learn, adapt, and follow company processes
