Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Automotive Technician to join an exciting close knit team. This is a hands-on role—not a desk job. You will actively perform repairs, take on advanced diag, and support other technicians with difficult or complex issues. This position requires a high level of skill, diagnostics, and the ability to assist other technicians in diagnostics while still turning wrenches every day. This is not a management role. We are a well-established, 3rd-generation, family-owned mechanic shop here in the Lowcountry. We take our commitment to our employees and customers seriously and always strive to provide the highest level of service. What makes this a great place to work: Balanced schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5 — no weekends, no burnout. Stable, steady workflow: Retail and fleet customers keep a consistent backlog. In over 15 years, we've never had to tell our technicians that business is slow.
