Job Description

Overview Tigers Ford is seeking a Automotive Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care and repair services. In this role, you'll utilize your mechanical expertise and technical proficiency to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicle systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Whether working on gasoline or diesel engines, transmissions, or electrical systems, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers' vehicles running smoothly. If you are looking to grow in your career we will assist the right individual with paid Factory training. As you gain certifications with Ford your pay will increase. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, suspension, electrical, and transmission components. Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing worn or damaged parts, including engines, transmissions, axles, suspension systems, and electrical wiring. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to accurately troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions. Conduct wheel alignments and vehicle suspension system repairs to ensure proper handling and safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Diagnose complex issues related to ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), ensuring proper calibration and functionality post-repair. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
