Job Description

Primary Responsibilities You will be responsible for utilizing our CMMS software to log daily tasks, track parts usage, and finalize work orders. Your role requires proficiency in millwright tasks, specifically welding and pipefitting. You will be tasked with conducting repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of machinery, including stamping presses, heat treat furnaces, finishing and assembly lines, as well as compressors, chillers, and boilers. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with team members and participate in QC circles. Please note that these duties may evolve based on operational needs. Furthermore, you are expected to uphold 5S standards and ensure full compliance with all environmental, state, and company safety protocols. Background and Requirements Candidates should possess or be pursuing a two-year degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, or a related technical discipline. You must successfully complete our mechanical and electrical aptitude assessments. We require two to four years of hands-on experience in industrial plant maintenance. Core Proficiencies Expertise in diagnosing mechanical issues Possession of a Journeyman's License Ability to perform electrical installations Skill in resolving electrical system failures Competency in conducting mechanical assessments Proficiency in pipefitting techniques Capability to diagnose boiler malfunctions Experience with boiler system operation Help ensure equipment reliability through expert maintenance and repair Application of industrial electrical knowledge Management of complex industrial electrical systems Support operational uptime through proactive equipment maintenance Maintain a secure workplace by performing regular machine safety inspections Technical Tools and Equipment MIG Welding apparatus TIG Welding equipment Industrial control systems Standard and specialized power tools Stamping press machinery
