Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs, maintenance, and component replacements. Execute wheel alignments and suspension adjustments to manufacturer specifications for optimal vehicle performance. Repair or replace vehicle components such as engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and welding repairs as needed. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics, and electrical systems is essential. Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, powertrain work, and diesel engine repair is highly desirable. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus. Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures across various systems including transmissions and automotive electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical information accurately. Customer service skills that foster trust and ensure positive interactions with clients.
