Full-Time Position Summary The Lot Technician is responsible for keeping AA Motorsports' inventory, lot, buildings, and customer-ready units organized, clean, and presentable. This position supports the Sales and Service departments by moving units, preparing machines for customers, maintaining the dealership grounds, and helping wherever needed to keep daily operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, notices what needs to be done, and can work independently without needing constant direction. Primary Responsibilities Keep the dealership lot organized, clean, and professional. Move ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, trailers, and other inventory as needed. Arrange new and used inventory according to dealership direction. Make sure units are parked straight, properly spaced, and displayed professionally. Keep units clean and ready for customers to view. Wash and detail units when necessary. Remove snow, dirt, garbage, weeds, and other debris from dealership grounds. Help maintain sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, storage areas, and outdoor displays. Keep inventory properly located so Sales and Service staff can quickly find units. Assist with unloading and loading trucks and inventory deliveries. Assist customers with loading and unloading machines when needed. Help prepare sold units for customer pickup. Make sure sold units are clean, fueled, and positioned for delivery. Assist with moving units between the showroom, shop, lot, and storage buildings. Help maintain organization in storage buildings and outside inventory areas. Check units for obvious damage, low tires, missing items, or other concerns and report problems to management. Assist Sales, Parts, and Service departments with moving equipment or inventory. Help with dealership events, displays, shows, and special projects. Maintain dealership trucks, trailers, equipment, and lot tools as assigned. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance around the dealership. Keep work areas and equipment clean and properly stored. Follow dealership safety procedures when operating or moving equipment. Complete additional duties as assigned by management. Expectations The Lot Technician is expected to: Be dependable and arrive to work on time. Stay productive without needing constant supervision. Take ownership of the appearance and organization of the dealership lot. Treat customer and dealership equipment carefully. Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Communicate problems or damaged equipment immediately. Maintain a professional attitude around customers and coworkers. Be willing to help other departments when necessary. Work outdoors in changing weather conditions. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Qualifications Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate ATVs, side-by-sides, trucks, trailers, and similar equipment. Comfortable backing trailers and maneuvering equipment in tight spaces. Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds or more when necessary. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods. Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required. Previous powersports, automotive, farming, construction, or equipment experience is a plus. What Success Looks Like A successful Lot Technician keeps the dealership looking sharp without having to be continually reminded. Inventory is easy to locate, machines are clean and properly displayed, sold units are ready when customers arrive, and Sales and Service can rely on the Lot Technician when equipment needs to be moved or something needs to get done. The goal of this position is simple: keep the dealership organized, professional, customer-ready, and moving efficiently.

$28,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
