Who We Are Looking For Hands-on, dependable team players who are not afraid of a busy shop. People who can learn the right way, take feedback, and keep moving when the day gets full. No automotive experience is required. Work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn matter — we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Learn upper-bay, lower-bay, customer-service, and shop-support positions through hands-on training. Perform basic vehicle maintenance and quick-lube services as you complete training and certification. Follow required safety procedures, service steps, callouts, and verification processes. Work alongside experienced team members while building your skills. Maintain clean, safe, and organized bays, customer areas, tools, and equipment. Jump in to support teammates and keep vehicles moving safely and efficiently. What You'll Need Reliable attendance and ability to work your scheduled shifts, including weekends. Ability to work in person at the assigned service center. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and accept feedback. Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a fast-paced team. Willingness to follow safety procedures, service standards, and manager direction. Automotive, mechanical, maintenance, quick-lube, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements This is a physical role in an automotive service environment. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, twist, push, pull, lift, carry, talk, hear, and use hands and arms throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Very heavy work:
occasionally exerting more than 100 pounds of force, frequently more than 50 pounds of force, and constantly more than 20 pounds of force. Team lifting and mechanical assistance should be used when appropriate under company safety standards. Pay & Benefits $15.00-$20.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Incentive eligibility may apply in accordance with applicable plan terms.
