Position Overview The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This entry-level automotive position is ideal for individuals interested in developing a career in the automotive industry and provides opportunities for training, certification, and advancement. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer and dealer standards
• Complete tire rotations and tire pressure adjustments
• Inspect and top off vehicle fluids
• Replace engine and cabin air filters as needed
• Install wiper blades and perform other basic maintenance services
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
• Identify items needing attention and communicate findings with service advisors
• Assist with shared dealership responsibilities as needed to support dealership operations and customer experience Qualifications
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift as needed
• Ability to follow safety protocols
