• Greet customers and provide a professional, transparent service experience
• Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns clearly
• Recommend services based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Work closely with technicians and parts department to ensure efficiency
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention ✅
