APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR
to join our Service Team! The best candidates are friendly, reliable, and will be ready to grasp new concepts quickly.
Responsibilities:
Respond quickly and professionally to service department phone inquiries Set customer appointments to visit service department Provide customers with dealership information Accurately answer customer questions using word tracks or templates Make customer reminder and follow up calls Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management system daily
Requirements:
Strong focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership Internet and computer savvy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a process-driven environment Detail-oriented and organized Available to work flexible hours, including some
