Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician, including A Tech and/or Master Tech, to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with weekends off, working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees enjoy approximately 22 days of paid holidays and personal time off annually. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various vehicle systems to identify issues accurately Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications Keep detailed records of repairs performed and parts used Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and vehicle status Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques Skills Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Master Technician with relevant certifications Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics tools, and repair procedures Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This position is an excellent opportunity for seasoned automotive professionals seeking a stable schedule with weekends off and generous paid time off benefits.
