In this role, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekend work, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees can expect approximately 22 paid days off annually, including holidays and PTO, providing a balanced work-life environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for automotive care. Duties Perform oil changes efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications Inspect vehicles for potential issues during service visits Replace oil filters and other basic vehicle fluids as needed Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools to ensure safety and efficiency Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed and any additional recommendations Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies at all times Complete all necessary documentation related to services provided in a timely manner Skills Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members Reliability in adhering to scheduled hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols This position offers a stable schedule with consistent hours, paid time off, and an opportunity to develop skills within the automotive service industry.
