$15-$17 per hour, based on experience Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Transmission Puller to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will have experience removing and installing transmissions and working safely in a fast-paced automotive repair environment. Responsibilities Remove and reinstall transmissions from various vehicles. Safely lift and support vehicles using shop equipment. Disconnect and reconnect related components, including driveshafts, axles, and transmission mounts. Assist technicians with transmission repairs and replacements. Use automotive tools and equipment safely and properly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience removing and installing transmissions preferred. Knowledge of automotive tools and mechanical components. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and handle heavy automotive components with appropriate equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
