Do you thrive in a customer-centric environment? We're looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Dr. Bimmer! As the first point of contact for our valued customers, your enthusiasm and positive attitude will set the tone for their experience. Dr. Bimmer is a state-of-the-art repair shop specialized in BMW, Rolls-Royce, and MINI Cooper. We are seeking qualified, motivated individuals to fill an open position for Automotive Service Advisor .
Qualifications:
  • 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
MINIMUM 1
year of working experience, preferably in automotive industry.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome customers with a smile and make them feel welcome.
  • Build rapport and personal relationships with customers.
  • Listen to and sufficiently document customer concerns.
  • Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and services.
  • Prepare accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and services.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process.
  • Process customer payments and invoices.
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance such as brake systems, brake repair, shocks and struts, tire service, suspension systems, oil changes, and wheel alignments.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts lookup systems (e.g., AIR)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
