Our team is expanding and we need high level technicians who take their career and craftsmanship seriously. The schedule Monday through Friday, 7am -5pm. No weekends. Your Saturdays are yours. The pay $40-$75 per flag hour, flat rate. Where you land depends on your skill level and certifications. Our top technicians consistently turn 40-60 billed hours a week — the work is there. We also provide a training platform for you to continue learning, and fine tuning your skills. This platform has a good mix of web-based classes and hands on, in-person events. The best part, all training is paid! You will receive a monthly training bonus with all of your training time paid on the first paycheck of the month. What we're looking for Strong in electrical and drivability diagnostics Comfortable with an oscilloscope, or ready to get comfortable Efficient without cutting corners Accountable for your own work 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience Valid driver's license We don't reward guessing.
