We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities Honda or Acura experience preferred Manufacturer and/or ASE certifications preferred Ability to efficiently produce quality flat-rate hours Strong work ethic and attention to detail Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Valid Driver's License What You'll Do Responsibilities will vary based on your experience and technician level.

Express / Maintenance

Technicians Perform oil and filter changes and scheduled maintenance Complete multi-point and safety inspections Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids Identify potential maintenance and repair needs Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Experienced Automotive Technicians Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and other vehicle systems Perform repairs according to Honda and dealership standards Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment Test-drive vehicles to diagnose concerns and verify completed repairs Perform customer-pay and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors Accurately document diagnostic findings and completed repairs Stay current on Honda technical information and repair procedures Participate in ongoing Honda training and certification programs Maintain strong productivity while delivering quality workmanship Benefits That Invest in Your Future Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation & Holidays Accrued PTO Paid Training & Employee Development Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts & Services Balanced Work Schedule Tool Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Ready for a Better Technician Opportunity?
