This is not a parts-changer job and we don't want yes-men. Our shop is already successful and growing. We need one more A-level tech to grow with us. What you'll work on We build turcks and 4x4s. Lifts and leveling kits, steering and ball joints, bumpers, winches, lighting, wheel and tire packages, driveline and regears, custom fab, and diagnostics. We're the only Yukon Gear & Axle Master Certified shop in Middle Tennessee. Never done aftermarket? That's fine. If you can diagnose, plan a job, and do clean work in a real shop environment, we'll teach you the other side on the floor, on real trucks, next to guys who do it every day. What we can't teach is work ethic, attention to detail, and giving a damn. Bring that part. How we run Organized shop. Chaos costs us money and it costs you money. Family owned. Climate-controlled shop. Lots of hours available. If you're fast, put out quality work and are detailed, you make real money here. Read these before you apply. Minimum 3 years as a paid technician in a professional shop or dealership. Lifting your buddy's truck on a Saturday does not count. You can diagnose. Electrical, driveability, steering and suspension, noise and vibration. You find the problem, not just swap parts until it goes away. Your own tools and a mobile roll cart. Day one. Valid driver's license and a clean enough record to drive customer vehicles. Suspension, steering, or driveline experience strongly preferred. Major plus if you bring these MIG welding. Clean, structural welds on bumpers, brackets, and fab work. Differential setup and rebuild experience. Ring and pinion, bearing preload, backlash, pattern.
