Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and diesel engines, ensuring vehicles operate smoothly and efficiently. Repair and replace vehicle suspension systems, alignments, and steering components to enhance ride quality and safety. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical systems such as automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and other vehicle electronics. Utilize hand tools and power tools skillfully for repairs, welding, and maintenance tasks across different vehicle models, including but not limited to GM, Ford, Dodge, Subaru, Nissan, Mazda, Toyota, Audi, BMW, and more Maintain detailed service records, perform auto estimating procedures, and communicate repair needs effectively with customers to ensure transparency. Stay current with industry standards by continuously updating knowledge on automotive diagnostics, wiring diagrams, and emerging vehicle technologies. Skills Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and Performance/racing related work. Proficiency in interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and understanding complex vehicle systems. Experience working with ADAS technology, automotive electrical systems, and modern diagnostic tools. Mechanical knowledge covering powertrain, transmissions, vehicle suspension system repair, and vehicle transmission system repair. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Strong problem-solving abilities combined with technical proficiency in auto estimating and service documentation. knowledge of aftermarket engine management systems, forced induction, dyno testing and other racing related parts are a big plus Join us to be part of a team that values technical expertise, innovation, and delivering exceptional automotive care!
