You should be comfortable:

Building relationships with customers Presenting technician recommendations Explaining repairs in a way customers understand Asking for the sale Handling objections without becoming pushy Following up on declined work Keeping customers informed Working with technicians and parts manager to keep vehicles moving Taking ownership of your results Helping create urgency and keep a busy shop flowing Automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we're willing to talk to proven sales professionals from other industries.
