This Is Where Your Automotive Career Begins Farris Motor Company in Jefferson City, TN is looking for an Express Service Technician who wants to build a career in automotive service. What We Offer up to $25 per hour for highly qualified candidates. Monday Through Friday work schedule 8am-5pm Opportunity to earn performance-based incentives Paid factory training Supportive leadership and experienced technicians who will help you grow Steady workflow and opportunity to develop your skills Career path toward advanced technician opportunities Family-owned company with a long-term commitment to employees Job Duties Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services Complete tire rotations and vehicle inspections Replace filters, batteries, wiper blades, and other maintenance items Learn proper diagnostic and repair procedures Perform basic automotive repairs as skills develop Follow manufacturer service procedures Communicate effectively with advisors and team members Maintain a clean and professional work environment What We're Looking For Interest in building a career in automotive service Some automotive repair or maintenance experience preferred Willingness to learn and improve every day Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work as part of a team Positive attitude and desire to succeed Basic tools required Why Farris?
