Looking for a Service Advisor/ Service Writer for a family friendly shop in Johnson City. American & Import Auto Repair is looking for a full time person to work with customers and technicians to establish needed repairs, be able to write estimates and sell to the customers in a fast paced environment . Computer knowledge, sales experience and good in-person and phone skills are needed. Experience in automotive is required. The position involves the coordination of all phases of repair from customer request at write up, through customer delivery of completed vehicle repair. Able to communicate effectively with technicians about service requests Able to process customer transaction upon delivery of completed repair The right candidate will possess:

• at least 3 to 5 years experience writing/advising in the auto repair business
• a valid TN driver's license
• Must have good desk-top computer skills.
• be able to pass a drug test We are looking for someone that takes pride in doing quality work, and has the drive to do it quickly.
