Job Description
National Indoor RV Centers is seeking an RV Service Repair Technician to join our San Diego, CA team. In this on-site role, you'll diagnose and repair RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while delivering high-touch customer service. You'll perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and detailed repair documentation, collaborating closely with service advisors and parts staff. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on customer RVs Document work performed, parts used, and repair recommendations in service systems Collaborate with service advisors to explain repairs and timelines to customers Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area Test-drive and function-test RVs to verify quality of repairs Assist in parts identification and coordination with the parts department Support a customer-focused service experience aligned with company culture Required Skills RV diagnostics Mechanical repair Electrical systems troubleshooting Plumbing systems repair HVAC service Brake and suspension work Preventive maintenance Service documentation Customer communication Safety compliance
