We're growing our service department and are looking for a Senior Automotive Technician who wants steady work, strong support, and a shop where experience is valued. THE WORK

You'll work on a steady mix of vehicle repairs and maintenance while helping the service department maintain quality and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, diagnose issues accurately, and take ownership of repairs from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns Performing complex repairs and troubleshooting Completing preventative maintenance and scheduled services Inspecting vehicles and identifying needed repairs Communicating clearly with service writers and other technicians Participating in daily shop meetings Maintaining an organized and efficient work area Helping support less-experienced technicians when needed Following shop procedures and maintaining high repair-quality standards You'll have the opportunity to use your experience rather than constantly being micromanaged.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We're looking for an experienced technician who takes ownership of their work and understands the importance of accurate diagnosis and quality repairs.

Required:

8+ years of automotive technician experience Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities Valid driver's license and clean driving record Own professional tools Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule Preferred, but not required: ASE certifications Experience in an independent or aftermarket repair environment Strong ability to work independently Dependable, self-motivated approach to your work The more experience and diagnostic expertise you bring, the more opportunity you'll have to contribute and earn.

The service department operates on a structured schedule designed to provide consistent coverage while allowing for flexibility within the team.

Monday-Friday:
