Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV electrical systems, engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical components. Repair and replace electrical wiring, RV electrical systems, and automotive electrical components using hand tools and power tools. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, and fluid checks. Troubleshoot and repair specialized RV systems including plumbing, HVAC units, and electrical diagnostics to ensure optimal operation. Assist with heavy lifting and assembly tasks during vehicle repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings for each vehicle serviced. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair. Hands-on experience with RV electrical system repair, plumbing system maintenance, diesel engine repair, and auto body work preferred. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and automotive diagnostic software. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, suspension work, HVAC servicing, tire service, and equipment repair. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on vehicles' electrical systems and mechanical components accurately. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues efficiently. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in various environmental conditions. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
