Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV electrical systems, including troubleshooting electrical faults and repairing wiring issues. Including appliances such as a/c units, water heaters, and furnaces. Conduct mechanical repairs such as trailer, brake repairs, bearing service, and some light motorhome chassis maintenance Maintain and repair RV plumbing systems, including water lines, tanks, and related fixtures. Have a comprehensive collection of hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, repair, or replace vehicle components with precision. Diagnose complex issues involving advanced electronics and control systems such as Firefly, Spyder, One control, and IN command for example, Perform task such as rubber roof replacement, floor replacement, water damage repair. Support customer service efforts by explaining repairs clearly and providing recommendations for ongoing maintenance needs. Experience Proven experience or service technician background in automotive or RV repair settings. Strong electrical experience with expertise in RV electrical system diagnostics and repair. Hands-on diagnostics skills combined with mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems. Familiarity with all aspects of Recreational Vehicle maintenance, repair, and operation Experience working with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely. Knowledge of RV appliances and various components and operating systems Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting quickly while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Excellent customer service skills paired with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance in all repairs performed.
