The ideal candidate will possess advanced diagnostic and repair abilities, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Ford experience is preferred but not required. We welcome experienced technicians from all automotive brands who are looking to advance their careers with one of the leading dealerships in Texas. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology to identify vehicle issues accurately. Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain detailed documentation of all diagnostic procedures and repairs performed. Assist and mentor other technicians when needed. Perform quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time. Stay current with manufacturer training, technical service bulletins, and emerging automotive technologies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Adhere to all dealership policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience preferred. ASE Master Certification preferred. Ford certifications and experience preferred but not required. Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with scan tools, diagnostic software, and modern vehicle systems. Ability to repair gasoline, diesel, hybrid, and advanced vehicle systems. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
