Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Prepare detailed service estimates using automotive estimating software and communicate options clearly to clients Upsell additional services such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions, air brakes, and collision repairs to maximize customer value Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle repairs, service history, and client communication using computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Manage cash handling responsibilities and process payments efficiently Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business Experience Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or service writer in a dealership or repair shop setting is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures Familiarity with estimating software such as Tekmetric or similar platforms for accurate job costing and invoicing Proven ability in upselling services while maintaining excellent customer relationships Experience working with various automotive systems including transmissions, suspension components, brakes, oil changes, tire services, shocks & struts, air brakes, and collision repair processes Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Embark on a rewarding journey where your automotive expertise meets exceptional customer service!
