BAKER AUTO REPAIR
is seeking an Automotive Technician. This position will include diagnosis of cars & trucks with multiple concerns. We are one of the most well-equipped shops (over 38 years) in the area and offer a clean work environment along with great people to work with. Must have own tools! 5-7 Years on-hand experience
Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks to include brakes, front end , cooling systems, transmission and engine replacement, and electrical systems. Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair Conduct necessary repairs and take vehicles for test drives to verify soundness Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
Automotive Technician Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma/GED required ASE certification (or willingness to obtain) 5-7 years of service technician experience Ability to operate all auto repair tools Knowledge of tools and equipment a must Own your own tools
