Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal functioning and safety.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules, including cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts.
  • Assist in the installation, modification, and assembly of equipment and fixtures as required.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and observations for each maintenance activity.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all company and regulatory safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operation and quality service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces.
  • Follow established protocols for waste disposal and environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in general maintenance and repair within an industrial, commercial, or technical setting.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic construction principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools relevant to maintenance tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Physical capability to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials as necessary.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies, if required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are advantageous.
