- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal functioning and safety.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedules, including cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair within an industrial, commercial, or technical setting.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic construction principles.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools relevant to maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical capability to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials as necessary.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies, if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are advantageous.
