CDJR / Stellantis Level 3 Automotive Technician Brownfield CDJR — Brownfield, Texas Full-Time Brownfield CDJR is seeking an experienced Stellantis Level 3 Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and completing work correctly the first time. The ideal candidate will have current Stellantis Level 3 certification, strong diagnostic abilities, and previous CDJR dealership experience. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles according to manufacturer specifications Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivetrain, and computerized diagnostic work Complete maintenance, recall, warranty, and customer-pay repairs Use wiTECH, TechCONNECT, and other Stellantis diagnostic resources effectively Diagnose complex vehicle concerns and determine the appropriate repair procedures Conduct thorough multipoint inspections and document recommended repairs Maintain accurate and complete repair-order and warranty documentation Communicate repair findings clearly to service advisors Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Complete required Stellantis training and maintain Level 3 certification Qualifications Current Stellantis Level 3 technician certification Previous Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience Proficiency with wiTECH and Stellantis diagnostic systems Advanced mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills Ability to diagnose and complete complex repairs accurately and efficiently ASE certifications are preferred Must provide or have access to the tools required for the position Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Dependable attendance and a professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive flat-rate compensation based on experience and certification level Aggressive performance-based earning opportunity Consistent workflow in an established service department Paid Stellantis factory training and certification support Health insurance Modern diagnostic equipment and service technology Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Stable, full-time employment with an established West Texas dealership Schedule This is a full-time position.
