Wright Chrysler Dodge Jeep is looking for Service Advisor to join our team. This individual should be able to provide estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance

Job Duties:

Effectively speak and advise customers regarding services recommended and performed Communicate regularly with the technicians to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and collect funds for services performed Assist with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc. Prepare and advise service estimates, sell routine maintenance/repair services and follow-up regarding unsold services and customer inquires Demonstrate extreme attention to detail while advising and consulting with customers

Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle concerns Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and estimated timeframes Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, suspension work, brake repairs, and transmission services when appropriate Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up times, ensuring timely completion of repairs Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle status and explain repair procedures clearly Manage transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction Experience 2 years experience in a Chrysler dealer is a plus. Experience in customer service. Knowledge of aftermarket service contracts and warranties.
