com/hire/eagle-transmission-and-auto-repair Experienced Automotive Technician — Full-Service Repair Shop About the Role Join our busy, full-service repair shop in Colleyville as an Automotive Technician who takes pride in accurate diagnosis and quality repairs. You'll work across a broad range of makes and models—handling maintenance, diagnostics, and major engine/transmission work—within a professional shop that values doing things right and supporting technicians to succeed. What You'll Do
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle performance issues using methodical troubleshooting.
  • Complete repairs and services accurately and efficiently, balancing productivity with attention to detail.
  • Perform thorough vehicle inspections following Eagle's 300% Rule to identify maintenance and repair needs.
  • Clearly document inspection findings, diagnostic steps, and repair recommendations for service advisors and shop records.
  • Verify repairs and uphold quality-control standards to ensure vehicles leave safe and ready.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area and treat every vehicle with care and integrity.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and shop leadership to keep workflow steady and jobs progressing. What We're Looking For
  • Proven professional automotive repair experience; you know the fundamentals and don't need basic training.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability; comfortable tracing faults and confirming fixes.
  • Skilled in both diagnostic systems and hands-on mechanical repairs across multiple vehicle systems.
  • Meticulous inspector: able to identify legitimate maintenance and repair needs and document them clearly.
  • Dependable and productive—consistently completes quality work while maintaining accuracy and composure.
  • Team-minded but independent: able to take ownership of jobs, manage priorities, and follow shop processes.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable under the shop's policy; seeking a long-term place to grow as a technician. Benefits
