What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, skill level, and tiered labor hour production bonuses Consistent workflow in a busy service department Opportunity to maximize your earning potential Paid training and opportunities for manufacturer certifications Supportive, established dealership environment Opportunities for advancement Long-term career potential What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently Perform maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs Complete work according to manufacturer and dealership standards Communicate repair needs and findings clearly with the service team Maintain accurate documentation on repair orders Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Stay current on vehicle technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer training Help provide the quality workmanship our customers expect What We're Looking For Previous automotive technician experience preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Dependable with a solid work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a busy shop environment Attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record ASE certifications are a plus GM experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Our Team?
