Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles. Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to maintain and repair vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair status. Assist in auto body repair tasks as needed, ensuring quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Skills Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices and automotive repair techniques. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, particularly with powertrain systems. Experience working in a dealership environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in automotive repair. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting. Detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance.
