Job Description Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC Cuero, Texas is hiring Experienced Automotive Mechanics and GM Certified Technicians to join our busy Service Team. We've got work for you! PAY:
$20 - $65 per flag hour depending on certifications and experience. Production Bonus Available! Technician Performance Match program Flag hours production bonus up to $150 per week 3% company-matched Tech Savings plan (annual payout) Paid training and manufacturer certifications Career advancement opportunities within Team Ancira Job Responsibilities Diagnose vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards Complete warranty and customer-pay repair orders with quality and efficiency Communicate repair needs clearly with Service Advisors and management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety, compliance, and environmental procedures Stay current with manufacturer training and technical updates Meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations Qualifications ASE and/or GM Certification preferred (not required) Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician Strong diagnostic and repair skills Quality-focused with attention to detail Coachable, team-oriented, and dependable Favorable driving record and ability to meet insurability requirements Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Drug-free workplace (random drug testing) EOEBenefits
