Fleet Techinician $1,250+ WEEKLY Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! SAVARD is currently hiring a Fleet Techinician for a position in Dallas, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company specializing in mobile storage and temporary structures. The ideal candidate will have construction and maintenance experience and be comfortable performing hands-on repairs, equipment maintenance, and mobile office/trailer setup.
JOB DUTIES
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on mobile offices/storage unitsRepair flooring, tile, roofs, walls, frames, doors, windows, screens, and other componentsPerform caulking, painting, filter/damper replacement, and trim/skin repairsTag equipment and install/remove company decals and equipment numbersConnect mobile offices to power sourcesCheck tire pressure and wheel lugsAssist with mobile office/trailer setup at customer locationsAssist CDL A drivers when neededComplete work orders and accurately document time and materials usedPerform equipment modifications according to manufacturer specifications and applicable codesMaintain a clean and organized shop, yard, tools, and suppliesComplete assignments safely, on time, and within budget
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalentActive, applicable state driver's licenseConstruction knowledge and backgroundRelated maintenance experience preferredBasic verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of tools and heavy equipmentAbility to accurately complete work orders and documentationBasic computer/technology skillsStrong teamwork and customer service skillsGood time-management and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 45 lbs.

Must be willing to travel to customer locations as needed
