Job Description

Tom Clark Autopark is seeking motivated individuals for our Quick service department. Shifts available is 7-4 pm or 9 - 6pm Monday - Friday. Saturday 8-12pm on a rotating schedule. Applicant needs to have his own tools or we offer a tool purchase program. Applicant must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Please have reliable transportation. Tom Clark Autopark has a positive management team and work environment. Pay is hourly and commission combined. We offer pay for multipoint inspections and have a spiff program, for upselling additional work, to supplement your income. Previous Lube Technician experience is preferred.
Compensation:
$18.00-$21.00 Average based on production.

JOB Description SUMMARY The Quick Service Technician performs basic maintenance and light repairs on customer vehicles. DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform basic maintenance and light repairs on customer vehicles, per Dealership Policies and Procedures. Conduct a Multi-Point Inspection of customer vehicles to identify needed maintenance and repairs. Follows all required safety and hazardous materials procedures as required by dealership policies and applicable laws and regulations. Uses and maintains dealership provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition. Conducts daily inventory of provided tools, alerting management of any missing items. Documents inspection findings and maintenance requirements clearly and accurately and communicates them to the service advisor. Communicates proactively with other associates to ensure a smooth, safe flow of work through the service department. Quality checks own work. SKILLS and
REQUIRMENTS
Basic knowledge of automotive technology and related tool and equipment is required. Prior automotive repair experience is preferred but not required. Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Valid Driver's License Must be at least eighteen years of age Must be able to pass pre employment screening (background and drug.)
