Current Opportunities Audi El Paso BMW of El Paso Group1 GMC Westside Group1 Subaru of El Paso Group1 Ford of El Paso What We Offer Market-leading compensation based on experience and certifications Modern, climate-conscious service facilities Factory-approved diagnostic equipment and specialized tools Manufacturer-paid and Group 1 sponsored training Structured career path from Entry Level to Master Technician ASE certification support Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Employee Stock Purchase Plan Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, filters, batteries, and inspections Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and engine performance concerns Perform repairs according to manufacturer specifications Complete warranty repairs following OEM procedures Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment and scan tools to identify vehicle issues Read and interpret repair manuals, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, and technical information Inspect vehicles and recommend additional maintenance or repairs when needed Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, electrical, and brake repairs Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation Maintain accurate repair documentation and technician notes Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all OSHA, EPA, dealership, and manufacturer safety guidelines Continuously participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening as required Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital repair orders Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
